This policy explains what information BettorSheets collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. BettorSheets is an information and analytics service. We are not a sportsbook and do not accept, place, or process wagers.

1. Information we collect

We collect the following when you create an account and use the service:

• Account information — your email address and a securely hashed password.
• Payment information — handled by our payment processors. We do not store your full card number. Payment is processed by Stripe, and by Patreon for members on that platform. These providers store and process your payment details under their own privacy policies.
• Usage data — how you interact with the service, such as pages viewed and features used, collected to operate and improve the product.
• Content you submit — messages you post in community chat, reactions, and similar in-app activity.
• Device and technical data — IP address, browser type, and similar information logged automatically for security and performance.
• Push notification tokens — if you opt in to notifications, we store a token needed to deliver them.

2. How we use your information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the service.
• To process your subscription and manage billing.
• To send service-related communications (account, billing, and security notices).
• To deliver notifications you have opted into.
• To secure the service, prevent abuse, and enforce our Terms.
• To comply with legal obligations.

3. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate, and only as needed for them to perform their function:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Patreon — billing for members subscribed through Patreon.
• Supabase — database and infrastructure hosting.
• Push notification providers — to deliver notifications you opt into.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of BettorSheets, our users, or others.

4. Data retention and deletion

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting us at support@bettorbay.com. We will delete or anonymize your data except where we are required to retain it for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes.

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and to request that we stop certain processing. Residents of California and the European Economic Area have specific rights under the CCPA and GDPR respectively. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@bettorbay.com. We do not sell personal information and do not use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

6. Age requirement

BettorSheets is intended only for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected information from a person under 18, we will delete it.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and secure authentication. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
