BettorSheets is a subscription service providing sports data and analytics for informational purposes only. This policy explains how billing, cancellation, and refunds work.
Membership is billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan you choose). Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel, your membership remains active through the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again. You keep full access until that period ends.
Payments are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, or subscription fees already charged. Because you retain access through the end of any period you have paid for, cancelling stops future charges without forfeiting the time you have already purchased.
This policy applies to all subscriptions, including monthly and annual plans, and to renewals.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable law. Where a refund is required by law, we will honor it. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@bettorbay.com and we will review it.
