All data, confidence scores, projections, and analytics are provided "as is" for your own independent evaluation. We make no representation or guarantee about the accuracy, completeness, or results of any information on the service. Sports outcomes are inherently uncertain. Any decisions you make are solely your own responsibility, and you assume all risk associated with them. Past performance of any metric or model does not predict future results.
You must be at least 18 years old to use BettorSheets. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and that your use complies with all laws that apply to you.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. You may not share your account or resell access.
BettorSheets is offered on a paid subscription basis, billed in advance and renewing automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings and will retain access through the end of your paid period. All payments are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

The service, including its data compilations, analytics, models, design, and content, is owned by BettorBay LLC and protected by applicable law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the service for your personal, non-commercial use during your subscription. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from the service or its data without our written permission.
You retain ownership of content you post (such as chat messages), but you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and use it as needed to operate the service. You are responsible for the content you post and represent that you have the right to post it.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any data will be accurate or complete.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BettorBay LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or losses arising from your use of, or reliance on, the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
We may modify or discontinue features of the service at any time. We may also update these Terms; when we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Before filing any formal claim, you agree to first contact us at support@bettorbay.com so we can try to resolve the matter informally. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
